As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Rob

My mission is to exceed all expectations by being a good listener and putting my clients first and to draw upon my years of experience and knowledge to help your real estate buying or selling experience as efficient and stress-free as possible.

Prior to my real estate career, I was a professional forester. In 1982 I decided to get my real estate brokers license. That was when my passion kicked in. I decided to take advantage of my forestry education and experience and specialize in land sales. I soon realized I really enjoyed working with landowners helping them make informed investment decisions about their real estate holdings. In 1989 I made the decision to join John L. Scott's Kent North office. John L. Scott Real Estate has proven to be a great fit for me.

I'm currently selling and marketing residential and multifamily development properties all through King, Pierce, Thurston counties and now expanding into Kitsap County. I've got a good handle on the market both locally and regionally. I've also got a wide variety of professional consultants that I do refer to my clients when requested or needed. I try to be a source for information even for those not yet my clients.

In my spare time, I'm pretty much enjoying the great outdoors and the local professional sports scene. The area has so much to offer and I try to take advantage of it when I can.

Please don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions about your property or the market in general.

Kent

Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, Kent is the third largest city in King County and the second oldest. Despite its size and age, Kent maintains a close-knit community and boasts every modern amenity. Kent is home to the Showare Center, a multi-use events center that hosts concerts and other live events and is the home of the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team, the Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer League, and the Seattle Mist of the Legends Football league. Touring shows like the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney on Ice also make stops at the Showare Center. In the heart of downtown, Kent Station is an open-air center for shopping, dining, relaxing and seeing movies. Kent Station also holds events throughout the year like Halloween trick or treating, Easter egg hunts, summer concerts, and pictures with Santa during the holidays. Kent residents love to get outdoors, taking in the views of Mt. Rainier from one of our many parks, biking along the valley trails, and bird watching at the Green River Natural Resources Area. You can find unique and historic homes here as well as newly built ones. If you’re looking for a friendly neighborhood, Kent has you covered. If you’d like to learn more about Kent, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
